What the DGII says

Two dates, depending on your classification.

November 1, 2026

Large local and medium taxpayers

Electronic receipts only from that day; paper is valid until October 31 (Notice 14-26).

November 15, 2026

Small, micro and unclassified taxpayers

The extension of Notice 06-26 ends. With DUHO you sell with your paper range today and with e-CF when your turn comes.
