    The price is aligned to the tax-credit cap for your category (Law 32-23). The DGII has not yet published the claim procedure for small and micro enterprises; adopting now preserves your eligibility and we hand you the file ready to submit.

    Always included: unlimited users, updates and regulatory changes, daily backups, support in Spanish during Dominican hours, a full export of your data and access for your accountant. You pay by bank transfer (Banreservas, Popular, BHD) or card; fifteen-day trial with no card; annual, 15 % less and the price frozen for 24 months.

    Questions we always get

    Is there really no user limit?

    There is no limit. It is a product decision, not a promotion: when you charge per seat, people share passwords and the audit log stops meaning anything. We would rather charge for what your business uses: branches and add-ons.

    What if I exceed the 300 e-CF?

    We warn you before you reach 300, and you can add an extra block that month without changing anything else.

    Is there an annual maintenance fee?

    No. Charging maintenance on top of a subscription is charging twice for the same thing. Updates and regulatory changes are included.

    Can I migrate from my current system?

    Yes. We migrate products, customers, suppliers and opening balances from Excel, from the free government invoicer, or from most systems on the market.

    What happens to my data if I leave?

    You take it whole, in open formats, with no paperwork and no penalty. We do not use your data as a lock.

    Do I need a digital certificate?

    Yes, the DGII requires it to sign e-CF. We obtain it for you as part of implementation, and until you have it the register sells on paper with your authorized range.
