Today this site collects one thing: what you type if you join the early-access list. Here is what we do with it.
Who is responsible
Erik Padrón Montoya, a natural person, Dominican Republic. Writing to hola@duho.do reaches the person who decides about this data directly. The company DUHO SYSTEMS, S.R.L. is being incorporated; when it exists it will be the controller and we will say so here.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form:
- your name;
- your company name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you give one (optional);
- your tax ID, if you give one (optional);
- how many people work with you and what brings you here;
- whatever you write in the message.
We run no analytics, set no tracking cookies and load no social media pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What we use it for
To tell you when DUHO opens early access, and to answer what you ask. Nothing else. We will not add you to a newsletter or call you to sell.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, under Dominican Law 172-13 on the protection of personal data.
Who else sees it
The form is processed by Formspree, a United States service, which delivers your message to us by email. That means an international transfer of your data to that provider. We share it with no one else, we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until early access opens and we have told you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the project does not go ahead, we delete the whole list.
What you can ask of us
To tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Write to hola@duho.do and we will answer within ten business days. You do not have to explain why.
If this changes
Once the product actually exists there will be more to say here: your company's data inside the system, backups, tax retention. On that day we will update this page and email everyone on the list before the change affects them.
