What this site is

duho.do is an informational site about DUHO, a retail system in development. It is not a shop and not a platform you can buy. Joining the early-access list creates no contract, no payment obligation and reserves nothing.

The prices you see

They are reference prices: what we expect to charge when the product is available. They are not an offer and may change before launch. Dollar conversions use a fixed rate stated in the footer, which is not updated in real time.

Status with DGII

DUHO is not today a DGII-certified electronic issuer, nor an Electronic Services Provider (PSE). We are building the electronic invoicing engine and working through that process. Nothing published here should be read as DUHO already being able to issue electronic tax receipts on your behalf.

The tax information

What we explain about Law 32-23, DGII deadlines and electronic tax receipts is indicative and may go out of date if DGII issues an extension or a new rule. It is not legal or tax advice. Before deciding anything, consult your accountant or lawyer and verify at dgii.gov.do.

The product screens

The system images on this site are mockups drawn to explain how it works, with invented data. The finished product may look different.

Trade name, trademark and content

DUHO SYSTEMS is a trade name registered with ONAPI (registration no. 952091, granted 8 September 2026) and DUHO is a trademark in the registration process (file E/2026-57909, classes 9 and 42, filed 23 August 2026; publication requested 8 September 2026), both in the name of Erik Padrón Montoya. The text, design and code of this site are his. You may quote them with attribution; you may not republish them as your own.

When we link to DGII, ONAPI or a vendor, it is so you can verify for yourself. We are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

If this changes

We will update this page when something important changes, starting with the day the company is incorporated and the day DUHO becomes a certified issuer. The date below says when we last did.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
